Free delivery in London, Ontario, for orders over $50 (1-2 business days). We currently offer free delivery within the areas outlined on the coverage map. Please refer to the map to confirm whether your location is included in our current delivery zone.

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Our primary carrier is Canada Post. You can track your shipment at www.canadapost.ca or through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our estimated delivery timelines are provided as general guidelines and may vary based on several factors. Delivery speed can be influenced by your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the current volume handled by our carrier partners.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or other peak seasons when carriers experience higher-than-usual demand. While we work closely with our shipping partners to minimize delays, these factors are outside of our direct control.
If your order is time‑sensitive, we recommend placing it early or selecting an expedited shipping option when available.
Order Processing
• Orders placed before 12 PM EST are usually processed the same day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Packaging
We use durable, lightweight packaging to keep shipping costs low and your materials protected. Larger or delicate items may ship in small boxes.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within Canada.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking link first (if available). If it appears lost or stalled, contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every material you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our online fly‑tying materials store.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Tools must be in new condition
• Materials such as feathers, furs, dubbing, and synthetics must be unopened for hygiene and quality reasons
• Clearance items are final sale unless defective
How to Start a Return
To begin a return:
1. Contact us with your order number
2. Tell us which item(s) you’d like to return
3. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need a different colour, size, or material:
• Exchanges follow the same process as returns
• Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship the replacement
• If the replacement is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include a photo of the issue
• We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you
Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Opened materials (dubbing, feathers, furs, synthetics)
• Used tools
• Custom kits or special‑order items
• Clearance or final‑sale items
